Aran Hamilton is the Managing Director of Venture Grower Inc., a leading consultancy and incubation firm focused on digital economy strategy, including mobile commerce, retail and couponing, money transfer, and ID. From 2010-2012, Mr. Hamilton was an advisor to the Task Force for the Payments System Review, created by the Canadian Government to review the domestic payments system. In this role he helped to chart a course for new emerging and mobile payments and digital ID and authentication in Canada by launching a series of conversations and working groups with key stakeholders. Formerly the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for EnStream, Mr. Hamilton oversaw corporate planning, business development and marketing and communications as well as the social media strategy for Zoompass, the mobile wallet / mobile commerce platform he launched for the joint venture between Canada's leading MNOs, Bell, Rogers, and TELUS. Mr. Hamilton joined EnStream in 2008, leaving his position as Canadian Regional Vice President, responsible for all VeriSign business units in Canada. He decided to help launch Canada's mobile commerce ecosystem having led new product development in the payments industry and pioneered development of early mobile commerce systems at VeriSign. Mr. Hamilton led the strategic alliance with Western Union that allows Canadians to send international money transfers from their mobile phones to more than 380,000 Western Union Agent locations in 200 countries around the world and directly to the phones of wireless subscribers in an increasing number of countries beginning with the Philippines. Previously Mr. Hamilton was VP, Product Development at MIST Inc. pioneering early innovation in IP-based communication for POS systems and mobile (wireless) handheld terminals. |

Deborah McWhinney joined Citi in April 2009 and is Chief Operating Officer of Global Enterprise Payments. Previously she headed the Citi Personal Banking & Wealth Management. She is Global co-chair of Women4 Citi which represents over 140,000 female employees and is on the Citi Pension Plan Board. Prior to joining Citi, Ms. McWhinney was president of Schwab Institutional, a division of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. She joined Charles Schwab in 2001, and in the following six years served on its management committee, the board of the Charles Schwab Bank, N.A., and the Charles Schwab Foundation board, and was chair of the global risk committee. Ms. McWhinney has also served as an executive vice president at Visa International as well as group president for Engage Media Services. Earlier in her career, Ms. McWhinney spent 17 years at Bank of America, where she worked in both corporate and retail banking. Ms. McWhinney was appointed by former President George W. Bush to the board of directors of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) in 2002. She previously was Chairman and Campaign Chair of the University of Montana Foundation. She serves on the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA) Board, California Institute of Technology's Board of Trustees and is on the Advisory Board of UCSF's Teen and Young Adult Center. In 2009 he partnered with ValueCommerce to provide Japanese consumers with the world's largest mobile search and comparison shopping application using Evryx's patented image recognition and mobile search technology. He also played a leading role in defining and launching one of the earliest mobile web based interactive TV applications for mobile phones for RipFone.com. As Director of Interactive Media & Advertising at Vlaze Media Networks, he grew a small music video portal, into over 50 niche vertical sites and over 11 million unique visitors per month, and pioneered online video analytics and content syndication across publisher networks and social media. Paal joined the bank in September 2008 and has more than 20 years of business and online experience. He oversees a North American team, rich in industry experience, and focused on the areas of channel strategy, customer experience, product development, business and delivery services and operations. Rachel Pasqua leads the mobile division of Organic, Inc. (www.organic.com) the first digital marketing agency in the business.
